Evans Building Group has established itself as one of Victoria’s leading luxury custom residential builders, delivering architecturally ambitious homes with a strong focus on craftsmanship and client relationships. Working in and around Geelong, the company was founded in 2020 by Dan Evans, whose career began with an apprenticeship under a luxury builder in Torquay. Over the next decade, he developed a wide skill set across residential and commercial construction, combining hands on trade experience with the ability to manage complex projects and teams. This foundation gave him the confidence to launch his own company, built on the principles of quality, professionalism, and transparency.
Today the company has grown into a business recognised for its ability to take on sophisticated projects while maintaining a highly personalised approach. Evans Building Group introduced cost plus contracts early on, ensuring clients have complete visibility over budgets and reinforcing the trust that has become central to its reputation.
Industry recognition has followed in 2024, the company was awarded the Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Health and Safety Award, highlighting a commitment not only to exceptional construction but also to the wellbeing of trades and clients alike. Safety management plans, thorough site inductions and creative problem-solving on challenging builds are just some of the measures that set Evans Building Group apart.
At its core, the business is driven by the belief that a home should reflect the people who live in it. Each project is approached as an opportunity to create something meaningful and enduring, a philosophy that continues to fuel growth and word of mouth referrals. With an exciting pipeline of architecturally significant homes ahead, Evans Building Group is a name synonymous with trust, innovation, and quality building.
