For more than six decades Tomkins Constructions has been a name synonymous with building excellence in South East Queensland. Spanning three generations, and over 60 years, the Tomkins family has cultivated a legacy of bespoke craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. We don’t just build houses, we deliver award-winning, luxury custom homes that are a true reflection of our clients’ lifestyles and their dreams.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on the belief that building fewer homes allows us to focus on what truly matters: quality, attention to detail, and personalised service. At Tomkins Constructions, our goal has never been to be the biggest, but we do aim to be the best. Each project is approached with a fresh perspective, ensuring that every home we build is as unique as its owner and by taking on fewer projects, we are able to give each and every project the attention that it truly deserves
Client-Centered Approach
We believe that building your dream home should be an exciting and enjoyable, stress-free experience. From the initial design stage through to the final touches, our priority is you. We encourage clear, open communication and collaboration with our clients, involving you in every step of the process of making your dream home into a reality. We listen, we design, and we build with you in mind.
Expertise and Team
Our success is built on the foundation of a small yet highly skilled team. We work with a trusted network of award-winning architects and designers, and experienced tradespeople. This collaborative approach ensures that we stay at the forefront of the latest trends and innovations in home design and construction, from contemporary homes to timeless classics, our team delivers exceptional results every time that exceeds client expectations.
Leadership
Luke Tomkins, our Company Director and third generation builder, is personally involved in every Tomkins Constructions project. His hands on approach and commitment to excellence ensure that each home is crafted to the highest of standards. Luke’s leadership embodies the values of integrity, quality, and innovation that define Tomkins Constructions.
Our Reputation
Our reputation for excellence is built on years of happy clients. In fact, the majority of our business comes from client referrals and repeat customers, a testament to the trust and respect we have earned over the years. In fact, we believe that the best measure of our success is not our profit margin or the amount of awards we win, but the happiness of our clients.
