ADRIAN ZORZI

Building a reputation for doing things the right way, Adrian Zorzi has become one of Western Australia’s most respected names in luxury residential construction. With a philosophy grounded in integrity and a passion for perfection, Adrian delivers exceptional custom homes where every finish, fixture, and architectural line is carefully considered and flawlessly executed.

Adrian Zorzi is synonymous with the very high-end, one of a kind homes throughout Perth and the South West. Each residence is created to balance functionality, design, and a personal expression to reflect the unique vision, lifestyle, and aspirations of his clients. From contemporary coastal homes to grand architectural statements, Adrian’s projects are known for their detailing, timeless appeal, and exceptional liveability.

With more than 60 major industry awards, Adrian Zorzi homes have been recognised by the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Master Builders Association (MBA) as one of WA’s finest luxury custom home builders. Among his many accolades are an impressive six ‘South West Home of the Year’ awards, a testament to his consistent excellence and deep understanding of premium residential construction.

His success is the result of a lifetime immersed in a culture of craftsmanship. As a third-generation builder, Adrian grew up under the watchful eye of his grandfather, Corrado Zorzi, a master builder and founder of the renowned Zorzi brand. From a young age, Adrian joined Corrado on-site, learning that even the most seemingly insignificant job deserved care, pride, and precision.

These formative experiences laid the foundation for Adrian’s own path creating Adrian Zorzi homes. From his early days as a carpentry apprentice to becoming a registered builder at just 24, Adrian has always held true to the principles of discipline, honesty, and attention to detail. Today, those same values are woven into every project he leads.

With a team based in both Perth and the South West, Adrian Zorzi continues to deliver homes of rare quality, homes that are not only beautifully built, but grounded in trust, collaboration, and a deep respect for the craft of building. In a market where true luxury is defined by authenticity and precision, Adrian Zorzi stands apart.
