Founded in 1971 by Bill Kane and his wife Jess, J&B Projects is a revered family business of luxury custom builders driven by a passion for superior craftsmanship, community values, and sincere relationships. From humble beginnings, our name quickly became synonymous with exceptional builds and commitment to our clients throughout the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region.
In 1990, Bill’s son, Brad Kane, assumed the helm of the company after years of invaluable experience working alongside his father. Building upon the family legacy, Brad propelled J&B Projects to new heights, undertaking ambitious projects and delivering awe-inspiring luxury homes. Through it all, our dedication to excellence and transparency has remained the cornerstone of our success.
Today, after 50 years the addition of Brad’s talented nephew, Billy Baulch plays a pivotal hands-on role within our project team. This seamless transition ensures the continuation of our time-honoured tradition.
At J&B Projects, we provide our clients with a streamlined pathway to realize their dream homes. We understand that our residential clients have busy lives and deserve a hassle-free experience from start to finish executing a luxury build for you with passion and efficiency.
Our commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed, as we have proudly garnered multiple Master Builders QLD State and Regional awards. These accolades serve as a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction.
